for me Morrowgrain isn’t a good way to increase your darnassus reputation. it just take too much time and you need to be above level 52 to progress safely
the fast way i found is to complete more quests in the zones, this can give you  290-345 reputation points per quest turn
in comparaison Morrowgrain only get you 82-83 reputation points like runecloth, etc…

So the quests are the way to go with your darnassus reputation
Here are my favorites areas to add to my reputation

lvl 1-12 zone –> Teldrassil
lvl 12-20 zone –> Darkshore
lvl 20-30 zone –> Ashenvale
20-30 zone –> Stonetalon Mountains
40-45 zone –> Feralas
Here are some others to consider that can increase your darnassus reputation:
lvl 30-40 zone –> Desolace
lvl  45-55 zone –> Felwood
lvl 40-50 zone –> Tanaris
lvl 55-60 zone  –> Winterspring

however i found out some others ways to add even faster to your reputation, check below

in Farelas Country, you get really easy quest to complete but you need some objects …
here is the list you need:
· about 13200 Un’goro Soil (get them at Un ‘goro, or buy from your friends)

· Collect/Create 6600 MorrowGrain (you can buy/create from an Alchimist)

Unfolding:
Here is a special quest to use… it’s a recurrent quest (blue interrogation mark), you can do it several times! Quintis Jonespyre is The NPC giving this quest

-> Details:About NPC: Name of the quest = Jonespyre’s Request:

-> Details:About Quest: you need to give him 3 ingredients… I’ve quote 2 of them before, and he normally ask you a third one…
with this quest, you get easy 33000 reputation points needed to have exalted reputation…
